Expatriate Care is suitable for a whole range of companies and organizations with headquarters in the European Economic Area that employ expatriate employees all over the world. The age limit for enrollment is 65, but an insured person can continue to enjoy the benefits up to the age of 75. The cover may also apply to dependents or children under the age of 18 or younger than 23 if they are still studying full-time and if they live with the insured person in the host country.
We have updated our list of war risk countries. Countries on the updated list are: Afghanistan, Central African Republic, Iraq, Libya, Pakistan, Somalia, South Sudan, Syria and Yemen.
Please note that for existing policies, the war risk countries will remain the same as defined in the contract until the end of the ongoing policy period and the new war risk countries will only be applicable after the next policy period starts. In other cases, the updated list is valid from March 15 onwards.
